My love for coaching took me to London, training celebrities and high profile clients around the Mayfair area, helping them get into the shape of their lives.
Whilst my main expertise is in Fat Loss and Body Recomposition, my passion in training lies within the increasingly popular HYBRID style, combining weight training alongside measurable cardiovascular challenges.
